Yoga for Cancer Survivors:

Please come join me on this physical and spiritual journey. This is a gentle yoga class with gentle yoga postures, pranayam, gentle movement, meditation, and relaxation. I know from experience how difficult the journey is, but also how important it is to take care of our body, mind, and soul.

This yoga class is held at Imua Physical therapy on 411 Huku Li’i place #101 in Kihei.
